It’s official: the WSOP Circuit is back in full swing! With the summer WSOP Series winding down, eight of the Qualifying Players will be traveling to Vegas to compete in the Main Event, the first of the three off-season tournaments that make up this year’s $1,000,000 Guaranteed WSOP Circuit Championship. Yesterday, the first of those events concluded with Phil Ivey defeating this year’s Circuit Champion, Ethan Lindell, in the Main Event.

This is the second of two blogs about the WSOP PAPA bracelet hunt. As with the first, there is no specific theme or topic for this post. The only thing that we know for certain is that there are four bracelet winners in the field. We will see if the remaining three players take home a bracelet on Tuesday night.

The WSOP event #54 bracelet was full of surprises as more than one-third of the field bounced at the beginning of the final day of play, leaving just four players with a shot at the coveted gold bracelet.. Read more about wsop bracelet and let us know what you think.

The World Series of Poker featured eight bracelet tournaments for the first time ever for players from Pennsylvania. The site was launched in the Keystone State by WSOP.com in July.

WSOP.com At present moment, Pennsylvania does not share liquidity with other states. However, players may participate in eight bracelet events, which run from August 8 to 15, with buy-ins ranging from $400 to $3,200.

No Limit Hold’em is included in the series, and four tournaments have already been completed. One event was canceled due to technical problems, therefore the total should be five. Here are the winners of the state’s first online bracelet contest.

The first event is a $500 Keystone Kickoff (Aug. 8)

The first-ever Pennsylvania bracelet event was held on Sunday evening. A total of 500 people entered the event, resulting in a prize pool of $225,000.

It was a story of two rivers at the end of the night. After beating “NovaRiver,” a player identified as “Ratrivers” took home a bracelet and $48,420.

The tournament was held using WSOP.com’s new software platform, which debuted in July.

The second event is a $500 NLHE PKO (Aug. 9)

There were 327 entrants in the progressive knockout (PKO) event. Players may earn extra money for each player they remove from the field during a PKO event. The winning player receives a part of the reward, and another portion is placed on his or her head.

After “PotTheRiver” won the elimination and a gold bracelet, “LooseChangee” received the last KO.

The winner was “PottheRiver,” who took home $27,593. Knockouts achieved during the tournament contributed $14,746 to the total.

PotTheRiver also beat third-place finisher Jason “sandjay” Rivkin. Rivkin had a number of deep runs, including several final tables, in the previous month’s US bracelet tournaments.

The third event is a $3,200 High Roller (Aug. 10)

Players got a late message on Tuesday night informing them that the event had been canceled. The decision angered several of the players who had come to Pennsylvania for the tournament.

The cancellation was reported on the WSOP.com Twitter feed due to technological problems. The event has been moved to August 17th.

The fourth event is a $400 NLHE. Six-Maximum (Aug. 11)

Dean “TheRealYoshi” Morrow won a bracelet and $35,480 in the sIx-max tournament on Wednesday night. There were 295 players in the field, with 126 rebuys, for a total prize fund of $151,560.

Morrow was up against New Jersey grinders Angel “Chr0meKing” Lopez and Steve “VoicetoSkull” Madara at the final table.

Madara, who went to Pennsylvania to compete in the bracelet tournaments, was interviewed by USPoker.

“I traveled to Pennsylvania for the series and booked a hotel room for the events across the street from Parx Casino,” he adds. “On Monday night, I experienced numerous geolocation issues, but by Tuesday, everything was great, and I restored confidence in the system.”

The vacation proved to be a good idea. Madara has earned $14,974 in addition to a few additional cashes. He’s altered his plans and will now participate in the postponed high roller tournament on Tuesday.
